In-Store Purchases:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Please bring the item along with your receipt or proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the return or exchange process.

Online Orders:

  • We currently do not offer shipping services, so all purchases are made in-store.

  • If you have any issues with your online order, please visit our store directly to discuss your concerns with our staff. We will do our best to address any issues and find a satisfactory solution.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • We may ask you to provide photos or other documentation of the damage or defect to help us assess the issue.

  • Once confirmed, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement for the damaged or defective item.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  • Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
